Crocker Art Museum

Sunday. July 3. 2022

During the 4th of July weekend, Steven and I visited Sacramento. Instead of driving, we decided to walk around the old town and downtown areas. While walking along the Sacramento River, we unexpectedly found the remarkable Crocker Art Museum. The museum had a historic mansion that used to belong to the Crocker family, and a modern building that was connected to it. This created a fascinating contrast between the old and new architecture.

The silly moment of me

While I was at the museum, I enjoyed the atmosphere. It was a peaceful place where I could appreciate the art on display. I felt calm and relaxed as I walked around the galleries. Also, I was impressed by the huge and diverse collection of art they had. They had a great selection of paintings, drawings, and ceramics, which showcased different styles and techniques. Each piece was displayed in a way that made it easy to understand and appreciate its significance. Overall, my experience at the museum was both educational and enjoyable, and I would recommend it to anyone who loves art.

Ended up the day with AYCE Korean BBQ at “Blue House” in Sacramento, California

Little souvenir from Sacramento :)
